We are currently offering the opportunity for new and existing Estate and/or Letting Agents to join our network.

Our quick start training package can get you up and running in days from the comfort of your own home.

The training program covers everything you need from marketing through to sales, valuations and legislation.

We will provide you with both Sales & Letting training and you can make the choice whether you do both or just one of these subjects.

There is a dramatic shift occurring within the estate agency world. High street estate agency is on its way out. Online agents have been trying to crack the market for the last decade with limited success. Our Hybrid model is proving to be the way forward with an Online presence with real people on the ground.

An experienced Agent will be assigned as your Mentor and will be available for email and telephone support.

Our training and videos provide you with step by step guidance on all aspects of the business including using our property and applicant management system.

You will retain a percentage of all the commissions you make on Sales, Lettings, Mortgages, Conveyancing and any other additional revenue streams as provided by the Network. Further income can be generated from your team members.

Based on our minimum Fee you could earn £798 on just one property sale. This is not including any potential add on products.

In addition to this you will receive a percentage of any lettings management business you generate which can provide you with a continuing monthly income.

On a typical rental of £700 pcm you could earn £28 per month for the duration of the tenancy. This is on top of the initial letting earnings of approx £200. As you can imagine once you have let a number of properties this can grow into a considerable income.

Once trained you will also have the opportunity to earn additional revenue by introducing new members to the network.

The Initial Training and start-up package costs just £199 inclusive of VAT. This will be refunded in full on completion of your second deal.*
